Can I buy your prints as digital files for self-printing?

Yes! Nearly all of our work is now available as a digital download in our shop. There are some exceptions, like the safari set, which are currently not available as digital download due to continued copyright infringements by other companies.

Do you sell frames?

All of our prints come unframed. This is because we struggle to get frames through the postal services without damage. Plus, we believe it allows customers to choose frames that suit their style and home décor. All of prints come ready to frame with no cutting or trimming required. If you require a specific size, we can resize any digital print for you. Just send us a message.

Will my prints come framed?

Your prints will not be framed.

What does A4, A3 mean?

A5, A4, A3, A2 are paper sizes that are commonly used in the United kingdom and Europe.
A5 is similar to 5x7
A4 is similar to 8x10
A3 is similar to 11x14
A2 is similar to 16x20

All the sizes in inches can be found in listings and are common frame sizes for International or Europe frames.

Postage Outside of the United Kingdom

All postage outside of the United Kingdom is sent UN-Tracked as standard. Please select Tracked as an upgrade to track your order. Your tracking number will be available the day after dispatch and will be loaded onto the system.
Orders can take some time to travel from the U.K to destination.

What paper do you print on?

A4 and smaller prints are printed onto 300gsm acid free, matt fine art stock with high quality archival inks.
16x20 and A2 are printed onto a 180gsm semi gloss art stock with enriched color.

Can I Mix and Match from different sets?

Of course! If both sets are available as a print and post option. If you find a set you like but wish to exchange a print for a print in a different set, just let us know in the note to seller box on checkout :)

How are the prints posted?

We use Royal mail to send our parcels.
A4 and smaller prints are sent in a clear mailing bag for protection inside a hard backed mailer for prints.
11x14 and larger prints are rolled in a clear mailing bag and posted in a art print mailing tube..
